How Goaded Arena works

It's a giveaway battle game played live on Goaded Gamer's Twitch and YouTube streams, and it replaces the old duck races. Viewers jump in from chat, their heroes fight it out on stream, and everyone earns gold to unlock looks for their hero on this site.

When a battle opens on stream, type !fight in Twitch or YouTube chat. Once Goaded Gamer locks in the fighters, the lobby closes until the next battle.

Every battle is random and seeded, so nobody can rig the outcome. Goaded Gamer sets how long each battle runs, and the fight plays out over that time.

You can fight with just !fight, but you should sign in here and link your Twitch and/or YouTube account. Only signed-up profiles show up on the leaderboard, and your profile is where your gold, chests and unlocked gear are kept. New profiles start with 150 gold.

Linking makes them all one player: same gold, gear and leaderboard spot, and you can sign in with any of them.

1. Sign in on this site, then tap 🔗 Linked accounts at the top right.
2. To link a login, tap Link Twitch or Link Google login and sign in with that account.
3. To link the account you chat with (so your !fight gold lands here), tap Get a chat code and type !link CODE in the stream chat within 10 minutes.

If you already had gold on both, it's combined (one-time rewards like the starter gold or today's !stream aren't counted twice). Linking only works between battles.

There are 8 classes: Barbarian, Druid, Goataur, Monk, Necromancer, Paladin, Rogue and Sorcerer. Pick your class and look in the Armory.

• !fight enters you in the open battle (!join works too).
• !gold gives you 10 gold, once every 5 minutes, while the stream is live.
• !stream (or !daily) claims a free Legendary Chest, once per stream day, while the stream is live.
• !streak shows your current battle streak.
• !link CODE links your chat account to your site profile (get the code from 🔗 Linked accounts).
• !gear (or !me) pops your character card up on stream between battles.

Tap the 💬 Feedback button on any page (or open it here), pick Idea, Bug or Other and send it. Goaded reads every one.

Yes. Open 🛡️ Armory and tap ✏️ Change name. You can change it once every 7 days so names stay recognizable on stream.

Gold is in-game only. It has no real-money value.

From your 3rd battle in a row, the gold you earn in each battle is doubled. Streaks reset when the stream ends (after it has been offline for 15 minutes). Type !streak to check yours.

You can equip a pose, gear, a pet and an aura on your hero. Every profile starts with 16 poses. Changes show up on the stream's arena display right away.

Everything in the Armory is cosmetic only and gives zero gameplay advantage. Gear changes how you look, not how you fight.

If you get an item you already own, you get 40% of the chest's cost back in gold.

Heads up: Epic, Legendary and Mythic gear is still being made. Legendary Chests from !stream stay in your inventory and open for free once that gear arrives.

Hold to attack monsters and push deeper through 5 zones: Crypt Depths, Abyssal Caverns, Burning Catacombs, Frozen Ossuary and Void Sanctum. Spend ore on upgrades to hit harder. It works any time, even when the stream is off.

Every 45 taps earns 1 gold. Once you reach floor 25, you can rebirth. That resets your floor, ore and upgrades, but gives you Souls (+10% damage each, forever), and each rebirth adds +10% dungeon gold, up to +50%.

Bosses have a 3-minute timer. If it runs out, you drop back a floor and get a hint to upgrade or rebirth, so you're never stuck.

📜 Journal: find a story page every 10 floors. Pages stay with you through rebirth.

Dungeon gear, shards and perks never affect arena fights.

The first version of the dungeon was the Alpha Dungeon Test. For the beta update everyone starts fresh on floor 1: floors, rebirths, upgrades, ore and dungeon gear were reset. Your gold, chests and arena gear are safe. Everyone who played the alpha got the cosmetic 🧪 Alpha Tester badge (shown on your !gear card) plus 1 Soul Shard per old rebirth, up to 5.

About once per stream night, Goaded Gamer can start a Boss Raid where the whole chat fights one boss together. Like a normal battle, it's seeded and timed by the streamer. Bosses rotate through seasons. Season 1, "Rise of the Dead", starts with The Lich King, and new bosses rotate in on a weekly schedule.

Everyone who fights unlocks that boss's own cosmetic aura. Auras are purely visual. The player who lands the killing blow earns the Slayer badge. Raids also pay gold: 75 for joining, 150 more on a win, a share of damage gold, 300 / 150 / 75 for the top 3 damage dealers, 50 for the Slayer and 25 per minion KO.

It ranks signed-up profiles by battle results. Bots, test accounts, the streamer's own accounts and chat-only players without a profile aren't ranked.

No. Gold, chests and gear are in-game only and can't be bought or cashed out. Any giveaways are at Goaded Gamer's discretion.

🐐 That is an Abyss Kid. It is earned by conquering the Goaded Dungeon, and it grows stronger with every conquest. How? That is for you to discover. Cosmetic only.

Yes. Open the 🏆 Ranks tab in the dungeon. New categories appear as you discover more of the dungeon. Only server-verified progress counts, and streamer and test accounts are left off.

This is a beta, so bugs will happen. Report them in the Goaded Discord, and include a screenshot if you can.
